Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality hypnotherapy services. If you are not satisfied with your sessions, please refer to the policy below for refunds.

Please note that at the end of each session, you will be asked “What was it like doing this work together today”? We have found that this facilitates any immediate necessary adjustments or corrections necessary to keep your healing process moving forward quickly and smoothly. Anything that needs to be addressed will be done so immediately to mutual satisfaction.

If you should have a complaint about the facilitation process that has not been satisfactorily resolved by Christian Raphael, please feel free to contact the International Board of Hypnotherapy at 2132 Osuna Rd NE, Suite B, Albuquerque, NM 87113. It is your right to refuse any aspect of his services and seek the service of another hypnotherapist at any time.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

100% Refunds are available for session packages that are canceled within 14 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been used. If you have used one or more sessions, we will offer a prorated refund based on the remaining sessions.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed within [5] business days after we receive your request.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Any promotional or discounted session packages are non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
